Welcome to the CM4HL Registration!

This is the official registration for players playing in the CM4HL SUMMER LEAGUE. To secure your spot in the league, please complete the registration form and submit your full payment or the first down payment. 

By registering and participating in the CM4HL, you acknowledge that CM4HL, its ownership, teams, and staff are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death incurred during league activities, including those resulting from the negligence of any Releasees.
