RETRURNING PLAYERS REGISTRATION FOR THE CM4HL - CASH 

• Games: FRIDAY nights (7:35, 8:45, 9:55)
• Location: NorthStar Ice Sports, 15 Bridle Ln, Westborough, MA 01581
• Season Duration: 20 WEEKS - (OCTOBER-MARCH)
• Cost: $550 - SAVE $50 when you pay with cash.                                                                                                                                      (ONLY $100  DOWN AT SIGN UP)    $225 DUE ON 10/17 - REMAINING $225 DUE ON 11/14
• Jersey: $60 per jersey if your team is not already sponsored.

All registration fees are non-refundable. If a player decides not to participate or cannot play during the season for any reason, no refund will be issued.
